Discover Pico from the water. Snorkel in the protected marine area of the Ilhéus da Madalena, just 15 minutes from the harbour. Snorkel with smooth hammerhead sharks in small groups of up to 8 guests. Or end the day with a relaxed sunset trip aboard our catamaran Reefcat, as the sun disappears behind Faial. For more time in the water, our 3-day Snorkeling Adventure combines a guided bay tour, the Ilhéus and a full day at the Princess Alice Bank.

All our boat excursions depend strongly on wind, waves, visibility and sea conditions. Please plan a minimum stay of 4 nights on Pico (5 nights for the 3-day Snorkeling Adventure), so we can choose the best possible day for your trip.
